Shipping & Delivery

Prices & Currency

All prices are displayed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and are subject to change without prior notice.


International Orders

Orders placed outside of Mexico may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by local authorities.

These charges are collected by Shopify, acting as the merchant of record and international fulfillment partner for Hermanos Koumori.

Hermanos Koumori shall not be responsible for any additional charges, nor for delays caused by customs clearance.

Orders refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes are not eligible for refunds.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been shipped, address changes cannot be made.


Carriers

For domestic (México) shipments, orders may be shipped via Estafeta Metropoli, FedEx, or DHL.

International shipments are fulfilled through FedEx International, DHL Worldwide, or other carriers depending on availability and destination.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Hermanos Koumori is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

In the event of loss or damage, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.


Returns & Exchanges

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date and are subject to approval.

Returned items must meet the conditions outlined on our website.


Final Sales & Discounts

All discounted items, sale items, and collaboration products are final sale.

These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
